Change of mind returns
Contact sales@trailmatecoffee.com.au and quote your order number.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchasing. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the return is accepted we will contact you to with a return address.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. The original cost of shipping the product to you is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Quality or damages
At our store, quality and customer experience are our top priorities. Therefore, we kindly request you to inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you. However, please note that certain items such as opened or used coffee cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please feel free to reach out to us. We apologize that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
